still continue是个很多余的用法，应该避免，去掉still，用continue就可以了；

continue一般后面常接不定式，比较普遍，而很少用现在分词。不过在作及物动词时，把现在分词看做动名词也是可以的。 The baby continued to cry all night.这个婴儿一晚上都在哭。

continue后面接不定式或者现在分词，都解释为“不停地……”而不是“停止后继续……”的意思。 The baby continued to cry (或crying) all night.句子不可改为The baby continued to cry (或 crying) at eleven o'clock。

continue解释为“(在停止后）继续……”的时候，后接的宾语常有story， article， narrative，discourse，journey等。 The author will continue the story in another volume.这个作加会在另一册中继续这个故事。

continue作不及物动词时，后常接表语。 Her temper continued uncertain.她的脾气持续不稳定。
